August Garden Tour

The month of Dahlias and Lisianthus, the August tour is truly about premium flowers. The shapes, colours and textures of these two varieties are unparalleled. We’ll talk about the vase life of various dahlia varieties, the reason we love lisianthus in bouquets and why eucalyptus is such an important part of our farm. We’ll provide a selection of in-season flowers, pre-harvested, so you can make and take home a bouquet - but if you see something special in the field you’d like, we will try to accommodate. 

Evening agenda:

Garden Tour - 30 minutes

Bouquet building (Sycamore Hill will provide a selection of in-season flowers, the bouquet building space, tools and supplies…and a little coaching from Black Pine Floral along the way) - 1 hour

Varieties: dahlias, lisianthus, zinnias, pincushion, celosia, sunflowers, and a great month for eucalyptus, and more.

Rain day if required: Thursday, Aug 21st at 6pm.

Price is $65 per person. Limit 16 people.
